How to Apply for a Job
All new job requisitions at Frontier University must be accompanied by an up-to-date position description. This description will be attached to the electronic requisition and reviewed at each step of the approval process. It serves as the key reference when describing the role to potential candidates and applicants. Once hired, the position description should be provided to the employee and used as part of the annual evaluation process. Salary Ranges and Position Grades for Staff Jobs
Every staff position at Frontier University has a designated grade level. HR administers the compensation system for employees, evaluating jobs and determining the grade of each position based on professional knowledge, skills, required education, experience, job responsibilities, and the complexity and scope relative to other positions within the University.
